ESS does not charge for additional users.  There are three types of users that you can have.

Admin/Company -  This user has to be set up by ESS and can see ALL relative data for the company.  In requesting a user for this type, please send a request from the ORIGINAL email, that was used to set up the program, to info@entsellingsolutions.com .  We will not accept a NEW user request for an admin from any other account.  

Sales Level -  The sales level account is one that cannot see margins, commissions, costs, etc. This level also can only see proposals that are designed by their level.  It is possible to give permission in the company default for a salesperson to see commissions, buydown rate, and margin.  As well as the ability to adjust them.  You can place a threshold of margin the salesperson cannot go below.

Dispatch Level -  The dispatch level is a level that allows the user to see all sales and tech activity while hiding the non-essential financial information such as margins, commission, buy-down rate.  By hiding these, they also cannot adjust them.  

The Admin/Company Level account has the authority to set up Sales Rep and Dispatch Level accounts,  within the program.

To have someone added as a Admin/Company Level account, please email info@entsellingsolutions.com, from the original email address used to set up the account.
