Adding a New Unit

Read this article to understand how to add a unit on your own

As long as you are logged into your admin account, you can add a new unit by following these steps:

  1. Go to Units β†’ Add Unit.

  2. Fill out the required fields for the new unit.

Using Local vs. Universal Data

  • Use Local Data:
    Check this box if you want to use your own description, photo, or custom details.

  • Use Universal Data:
    Leave the box unchecked if you prefer to use our universal data, which includes standardized information for that manufacturer and model.

Manufacturer Not Listed

If the manufacturer is not available in the drop-down menu, please let us know β€” we can add it for you.

Note: If your access to the program is through a distributor, you will only see the manufacturers that distributor supports.

Cost Field Entry

When entering data in the COST field, do not include commas or dollar signs β€” enter only the numeric value.

Missing Description or Photo

If, after adding a unit, the description or photo does not appear (and Use Local Data is not checked), please reach out through the chat feature located in the bottom-right corner of the program. Our team will add the missing information for you promptly.
