Congratulations.... You are now ready to enjoy the power of texting.

There are a few things you need to do to get started.

We will turn on the feature for you in the webmaster and notify you it is complete and ready for you to proceed with setup. We are here to help if you are struggling with the setup.

Here is what you need to do....

Setting up your text templates

In the admin and under "MORE" you will see a new selection "Text Templates".

Open this up and add your templates for each item.

Suggested WORDING (This needs to be formatted as a text would come through. The words and sentences need to be spaced together and not paragraphed as you would in an email)

Initial Proposal Text (1st day)

Please find here the link to our offerings. You can reply to us at your@company.com

3rd Day Follow-up

A few days ago we texted you your proposal. Thank you You can reply to us at Sales@yourcompany.com

2-week Follow-up

A couple of weeks ago we texted you your proposal. Thank you You can reply to us at Sales@yourcompany.com

4-week Follow-up

About 4 weeks ago we texted you your proposal. Thank you You can reply to us at Sales@yourcompany.com

Text when won

We have just received notice that you have accepted one of our offers here at "Our Company". We will reach out to you soon to set up the work at your home or office. Meanwhile, feel free to call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Thank you, "Your Name".

Set up your representatives

You also will need to enable texting for each representative in your company. You can do this by opening up their record under "More" and "Sales Reps". Choose the person and check the box under their name. While you are here please verify that all of their information is correct. You can enter a bio and even their image to be seen on the proposal for the customer.

Set up the admin defaults phone notification

Next we need to add the phone number that you want to get the notification of a sold job at the owner/manager level. You can do this by going into the "company defaults" in the admin. You can enter the phone number of the person you wish to receive the notification. We encourage you to not send the notification to the same phone number in both areas. As one notification to that phone is sufficient.

Customer Notifications

Last but not least, each customer will need to have their cellular number listed in their customer record. You will want to also check the box to allow texting. Should they ever unsubscribe, the box will automatically UN-check so they don't receive texts any longer.
