Sometimes it becomes necessary to reset your network settings on your Apple device.
To do so you will go to Settings and at the top enter "Reset Network Settings".
Click that link. You then will be required to enter your device password. It takes just a few seconds to reset.
You may also want to make sure your device and browser is up to date. As well as clear any browser cache.
