In the beginning, We thought that each contractor would want to manage their own database of units and parts.  What we learned over the years is that they don't have the time to maintain new models and even the costs that go with those models.

Many years back we designed and built a master database of the brands in the industry.  This database we call Lexicon is full of images, descriptions, product data sheets, engineering information and other data required to design and sell a system for the homeowner.  It even has a complete library of the CURRENT AHRI Directory.  We upload it every Monday.

Unfortunately, the data changes on a daily basis.  Manufacturer's change their information very regularly, and even you want to add things to the database that we don't currently have.

For that reason we are giving you the ability to send us a completed form to request the adding of a unit into the program.  Let's not go crazy here.  We are talking about meaningful components.  Lexicon is not for your typical 1/4 inch zip screw.

We have had requests lately for generators, plumbing items, electrical items.  All which make a lot of sense to add to the program.

Please click the link below and you can download the Excel spreadsheet required to add to this closed source.  Once you have filled it out,  you can email it back to us and we will affirm, confirm and upload to Lexicon.  Then you will just need to make sure these units are in your individual database of units.
Again, these are not PARTS.  Units.  Like Condensors, Air Handler, Water Heaters, Generators, Boilers.  Anything that would most likely have a serial number.  You could even stretch a little and add thermostats.

Click this "Download here" link.  Don't worry if you get a 404 Not Found error.  Look for the file in your "Downloads" box of your browser.  I recommend doing this in Chrome.
