You can go to the reports tab and download a report of when the proposals were emailed. They were most likely emailed. Usually when they are not received it is either because the emails are not formatted properly, OR, they went to SPAM.
Make sure the emails are separated with commas and not semi-colons. Then I would send them independently and not combined. Sometimes email servers will decipher two emails as spam. Quite frankly, all we can do is send them. We can't make them appear.
