Adding Custom Quality Headers
Go to More > Add Quality Level
Enter the custom title you would like to use (for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum)
Select the appropriate proposal type (Budget, Good, Better, or Best)
Click Save
Repeat for any additional quality levels you would like to customize
If you need to make changes later, you can edit your existing quality levels by going to More > Quality Levels.
Important Notes
Once custom quality levels are set up, all newly created proposals will use those headers automatically.
Existing templates created before the quality levels were added will not update automatically.
To update an older template:
Go to Proposals > Proposals
Change All Proposals to Template Proposals
Click Go
Open the template you want to update
Change the quality headers as needed
Click Save
Once saved, that template will use the updated quality headers going forward.
