How do I view the AHRI information?

When you are building a template or a proposal, it is very important for your equipment to line up with Unit 1 being the outdoor unit, Unit 2 is the Coil, and Unit 3 is the furnace or auxiliary heater.  Any other combination of information will not give an AHRI result.  See the picture below for how it lines up.

You will need next to open the AHRI area by opening the expand sign that is shaped like a plus sign.  This will reveal the AHRI buttons.

In some cases there are multiple AHRI numbers for one match.  Because the directory has wild cards we have to give all possible matches.  The sales representative is responsible for choosing the appropriate one for the match.

There may be multiple possibilities for an AHRI match.  If that is the case you will be notified when you open that area.

The system will always require the representative to choose a match.  There is no situation where the program automatically chooses a match.  It must be chosen and verified by the sales representative.  In some cases there may even be matches that do not apply.  This makes it where you can view other possibilities and even change your match above to reflect a different efficiency.

Just like all changes to a proposal you will want to save the proposal at the bottom of the page.
