Recently, we found an issue where the salesperson was able to print the proposal, then go back to the edit proposal and make a change.
Sometimes this change would create two different proposals. One that could be a different price or product offering than what was originally intended.
For a short term fix we implemented this "reload page" function to force the user to reload the page before printing again. There is a button like this on your browser that will reset the page. It looks like one of the pictures below:
Please continue this practice until we find out a better solution.
