Make sure you are on the Admin Level

Click on the PROPOSAL tab up top

Click on Proposal

Change the drop down list from ALL PROPOSALS to TEMPLATE PROPOSALS

Change 25 to ALL

You can even search a specific string

Hit GO

Click on EDIT on the template you would like to adjust

Make changes to Quality Headers by just highlighting and typing in the new header.

Changing model numbers, just highlight the model number you would like to change and then start typing in the new model number. (you will see once you start typing the beginning of the model series, it will automatically come up with all the model numbers if it's in your account. If the model number you are looking for doesn't come up and you know it should be in your account, please contact our office @ 904.260.2622 and we can get it added for you.

Activating Services, you would just click on the ACTIVE box to the left and then the Quality Levels to the right

Adjust the Labor for all Quality Levels

Adjust the Gross Margin, Commission and Buy Down % if you want to set something different from the Default page. (If you do want to change any of the 3 things list you would need to uncheck the box to the left and make the change and leave unchecked or it will go back to the default info.

Last would be adding UPGRADES to the Templates, Click on the ACTIVE box to the left and Quality Levels to the right.

Click on SAVE

REPEAT same steps until all TEMPLATES have been adjusted
