How to add YouTube videos to your Upgrades in Company Defaults

You can add YouTube videos to proposal templates or company defaults using the video embed code from YouTube.

Step 1: Find Your Video

Go to YouTube and search for the video you want to use.

Before adding the video, make sure:

  • The video matches the correct brand

  • The video does not mention or display competitors

  • The content is appropriate for customers

Step 2: Copy the Embed Code

  1. Open the video on YouTube

  2. Click Share

  3. Click Embed

  4. Copy the entire embed code provided

Important: You must copy the full embed code exactly as shown. Missing characters will cause the video to not display properly.

Step 3: Add the Video to Proposal Pro

  1. Paste the embed code into the Video field in your defaults

  2. Click Save

To see this video, you will need to create a proposal from the template. Upgrades DO NOT print on templates.
