SAFARI and iPad UPDATE

• Use Safari as the browser to open the program.
• Clear the cache in Safari

To Clear the Cache in Safari: 

• Tap settings on the iPad Home Screen
• Tap Safari
• Tap Clear History and Website Data
• Tap Clear

​Delete the existing shortcut on your iPad Home Screen.
Next, delete the existing shortcut to the program, from the iPad home screen and add a new shortcut with the updated url.

Add a New Shortcut to the program.
To add a new shortcut with the updated url, such as hvacbizpro.com/new or md.hvacbizpro.com for Mingledorffs users, to the iPad Home Screen:

• Open Safari and browse to the site that you would like add as a home screen shortcut (example:  hvacbizpro.com/new or md.hvacbizpro.com/new). Remain on the home page of our site.
• Tap on the ‘Share’ icon at the top of your screen – it looks like a box with an arrow pointing upwards.
• Tap on ‘Add to Home Screen’ – it will be a large plus sign.
• You will see a popup screen where you can accept the name for the new home screen button or edit the name to your shortcut.
• Tap on ‘Add’ button.
