There are times when the customer isn't quite ready to make a decision. In those cases you may move the proposal to lost or inactive.
When the customer comes back months later and it is necessary to reset the status of the job, simply follow these steps.
Open and edit the proposal
Under the Status bar there is a link that says "Reset Status"
Click on that link and the system will warn you that you are going to lose any saved signatures. Click okay to this.
The last step is the system is going to ask you if you want to Leave or Stay. You will choose Leave.
