The ServiceTitan (ST) integration pulls customers into the Alerts section in BizPro based on the job type assigned in ServiceTitan. From there, you can convert the alert into a customer yourself or assign it to a sales representative to complete the conversion. If a customer profile does not contain a Job Type ID, it typically means the customer was not created from the Alerts tab.
When a proposal is accepted, the acceptance details — along with a direct link to the proposal — are automatically sent back to ServiceTitan. After the customer is converted and the job is sold, the financial report will then appear in the Estimates section within ServiceTitan. If the customer is never converted from the Alerts tab, the integration will not properly associate that customer back to ServiceTitan.

From Service Titan:
Send us your Tenant ID:
Make sure that the API access is enabled. If you need help enabling API access, please contact Service Titan support.
Once enabled, you should be able to click on "API Application Access"
Note the Tenant ID as you would need this information to be entered on HvacBizPro. Contact our support so we can add the tenant ID to our ServiceTitan setup.
We will notify you once this is done so we can go to the next step.
Add HvacBizPro ServiceTitan App:
Click Connect New App. You should see our app per our screenshot below. If you don't see any app, contact us to add your tenant ID to our system.
Click on Hvacbizpro-ST and click connect
Fill in the information seen below and click "Allow Access" on the next permission screen
You should see success screen. Click "Generate" button on Client Secret to create the secret key. Copy paste all 3 values seen below to HvacBizPro app.
On HvacBizPro:
Select Alerts -> Service Titan Integration
Copy and paste information from Service Titan on V2 version setting. Select Job Type ID that you want to import from Service Titan.
