As long as you’re logged into the admin account, follow these steps:
Go to Proposals → Proposals.
Change the filter from All Proposals to Template Proposals.
Check the box next to the template you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Selected.
Please note that you can only delete THREE at a time.
